Free and low cost counselling by donation is available to any person suffering from tinnitus. The service is offere through Joan Saunders, registered psychologist and New Zealand's foremost tinnitus counsellor

The counselling is available to tinnitus sufferers in the Auckland region by appointment by contacting Joan (see 'Contact Us'). The counselling sessions are conducted on a Saturday morning at 437 Remuera Road. Phone counselling is also available for sufferers throughout the country.

The counselling service is open to anyone with tinnitus that requires support. People who will especially benefit from Joan's counselling are new sufferers who are experiencing tinnitus for the first time. A constructive empathetic practical and professional approach is used to put the client at ease and offer a clear perspective of the situation.

Joan has published a book Tinnitus in the 21st Century which is available through her to purchase. It is highly recommended.
